Obowiązki
-Handling timely cash collections according to targets set.
-Operational reporting, using multiple tools and combining results, when necessary.
-Regularly reflects the status of credit and collection activities.
-Investigates and reviews credit risks and history, related to customers and suppliers.
-Prepares and follows up communications to customers for collection.
-Acts as a subject matter expert within their scope of work.
-Working with multinational, cross functional teams to achieve targets.
Wymagania

Języki
angielski B2 - ponadśredniozaawansowany
hiszpański B2 - ponadśredniozaawansowany

Inne wymagania
-Very good Spanish and English - minimum B2 level.
-Financial/Accounting knowledge at university level would be an asset.
-1 to 2 years of business experience in Collections/Customer service (B2B) field. Experience in the Iberia region will be appreciated.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to maintain professional business contact.
-Proactiveness, improvement driver, problem solver.
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-General experience with ERP systems i.e. SAP used in a multinational environment will be an asset.
