Account service

Company account can be operated (data update, adding new offers) by a few persons (e.g. from different departments / branches of the company). It is enough to create separate subaccount for each person in the tab Company's profile ⇒ Subaccount. For each subaccount separate login, password and e-mail address are assigned.

Employer account

Registration

    In order to create an account you should:

  • move to webpage Employers registration
  • complete every field marked with an asterisk
    • in case of foreign companies it is not necessary to enter Tax Identification Number
  • in Account section you should create login and password
  • in Account data contact section you should enter ( and update if necessary) data about employee responsible for placing offers and recruitment process
  • in Your Career Centre section it is possible to select Career Centre that will be company’s assistant in the portal (we recommend to select Career Centre consistent with settled regionalization however it is possible to choose a bureau according to employer’s preferences)
  • activation mail will be sent to an e-mail address indicated in the registration form
  • password has to be entered at the moment of account activation ( via activation link delivered to the e-mail address)
  • after account activation it is possible to sign in and place an offer

Creating subaccount

    Subaccounts (additional accounts for company's employers) may be created after signing in to company's account.

  • Step 1 - move to Settings
  • Step 2 - adding subaccount
  • Step 3 - entering data and confirming creation of a new subaccount
    • After completing all data specified in the form, new account activation mail will be sent to indicated e-mail address
    • Password has to be entered at the moment of account activation ( via activation link delivered to the e-mail address)

Change of a person operating offers on behalf of a company

    If a person operating offers on behalf of a company has changed it is necessary to sign in and adjust contact data (more in Modification of contact data / password).

    In case of problems with signing in to ex-employee account (forgotten password, no access to e-mail address), in order to regain signing in data as well as to create additional subaccount for a new employee, please contact Career Centre under which attendance the company is functioning.

Modifications of data (password, personal data, e-mail address, telephone number) may be done only after signing in to a particular account / subaccount.

    Step 1 - move to Settings

    Step 2 - selection of a subaccount which data has to be edited

    • Selection of personal subaccount (signed in at the moment) from available list
    Step 3 - data modification and its acceptance
    • Entering new password (twice) and confirming it with Change password button
    • Data modification (first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number) of the person operating particular subaccount and confirming it with Modify contact data button

Sign in

Errors connected with signing in
  • An attempt to sign in to employee's account via students / alumni signing in panel
  • Signing in without account activation (activation link in the e-mail received from the portal)

    In case of forgetting the login or no access to e-mail address which was used to create company's account, please contact Career Centre under which attendance the company is functioning.

Password recovery via another employee in the company

If a company established several subaccounts for its employees, it is possible to generate new password by the owner of another account (subaccount) within a company.

After signing in to any company's account (subaccount) it is possible to generate new password for other accounts (subaccounts) of a particular company.
